Job Description
This individual shall act under the direction of the Program Coordinator to assist judges with the timely disposition of cases through case management, case monitoring, and program implementation. This individual will collect and report on case/program data and maintain databases.
Examples of Work
Review case files and pleadings for sufficiency and compliance with statutory civil rules of procedure and local rule requirements.
Update and maintain case management system.
Monitor and track cases.
Follow-up on cases that must be completed by a certain date.
Maintain statistical data and records.
Education and Training Guidelines
High school diploma; College degree or legal experience a plus.
Competencies
Knowledge of the legal system and court procedures.
Skilled in managing time and meeting deadlines.
Proficient with standard computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Able to navigate custom computer programs.
Able to communicate effectively and professionally, both orally and in writing.
Able to attend to details and ensure accuracy.
Able to maintain confidentiality with issues before the court.
Able to maintain effective working relationships with other court personnel, legal professionals, litigants and the general public.

THIS POSITION IS CURRENTLY FUNDED THROUGH JUNE 30, 2024.
This Other Personal Services (OPS) employment is paid hourly, except for holidays.
OPS/Variable hour employees may be eligible for insurance coverage. There is no paid holiday, sick, or vacation time.
