The State Attorney's Office, 15th Judicial Circuit, is currently accepting applications for an ASSISTANT STATE ATTORNEY for our LEGAL AFFAIRS/APPEALS UNIT.
THIS IS AN AT WILL POSITION.

Applicants must have a law degree from an accredited law school, admittance and continued good standing with the Florida Bar and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in civil and/or criminal litigation. Additionally, applicants should possess excellent writing skills and a working knowledge of the appellate process. This position would be responsible for representing the State in post conviction matters, public records requests, and various other civil, criminal and appellate matters.
