PUBLIC DEFENDER’S OFFICE, 13TH CIRCUIT, VIOLATION OF PROBATION ATTORNEY
The Law Offices of Julianne M. Holt, Public Defender, 13th Judicial Circuit, Hillsborough County (Tampa), Florida is seeking an experienced attorney to work in our Violation of Probation Division. The ideal candidate will have felony criminal law experience including handling violation of probation hearings. The attorney should have a good command of the sentencing guidelines scoresheet and experience developing and presenting mitigation from which to seek a downward departure. This would be a great opportunity for a criminal defense attorney at heart who does not want to handle jury trials at this point in their career.
