We are seeking to fill multiple Staff Attorney positions located at the Orange County Courthouse in Orlando and Osceola County Courthouses here in the heart of Central Florida
Our Staff Attorneys serve alongside Judges, staff attorneys have a unique opportunity to learn about the judicial process from the perspective of a court; to learn how the court evaluates cases, pleadings, and arguments; to develop a more comprehensive understanding of what is persuasive and what is not; to attend court proceedings and observe varying levels of advocacy skill; and to improve their legal research and writing skills- all while working with some of the top legal minds of our community. Salary is $51,557.43 per year. Positions are filled at the minimum due to budget constraints. Salary is 10% below minimum ($46,401.69 per year) if the selected candidate is not a member of the Florida Bar. This is a State funded position with benefits.
