Lone Star Legal Aid (LSLA) seeks one Director of Case Management System Training (job #003-2023) for all LSLA Offices.
LSLA is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit law firm and its mission is to protect and advance the civil rights of low-income Texans by providing advocacy, legal representation, and community education that ensure equal access to justice.
Summary of Responsibilities
The Director of Case Management System Training will be responsible for providing technical assistance and training related to the file case management system, including certification as a system user for LSLA staff, as well as the monitoring and administration of the case management system from a user standpoint.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (or a related field); Exceptional and innovative prior experience in legal case management. Strong background in administrative and management skills as well SQL, essential Microsoft applications (Access, Excel, and etc). Familiarity with Case Management Systems for legal firms. Experience with NPOs and grant governance highly desirable.

Exceptional analytical, technical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong commitment to LSLA’s mission to ensure equal justice. Proven ability to collaborate with a team, represent LSLA to a rich diversity of people, communities, and institutions as well as to quickly understand and develop creative solutions to complex problems while under tight deadlines. Lots of patience, energy, and enthusiasm.
